How I posted my link on over 1000 Web sites working just 5 minutes a week.

Link popularity. You may have heard the phrase before. If your Web site has high Link Popularity, the search engines will find you faster, and Web surfers who have never heard of you will be drawn to your Web site. Here's the simple Link Popularity formula:

The more Web sites out there linked to your Web site =

The greater your Link Popularity.

As you know, I've been pouring all my time into writing The Client Generator System, my multimedia self-coaching Internet marketing guide for small businesses. I have had very little time to work on my link program. In fact, I have given it just 5 minutes each week over the last 4 months. I was surprised when I tested my link popularity with MSN just now and found that there were over 1000 Web sites linked to my Web site.

Just 5 minutes a week, over 1000 Web sites! How did I do it? About 4 months ago I set my linking program on semi-automatic. I set up a control panel that allowed me to:

  • Establish a series of link pages on my site.
  • Allow others to submit their link right on my site.
  • Automatically check to see that others reciprocated by placing my link on their site.
  • Automatically send others regular link reciprocation reminders by email if they did not post my link.
  • Semi-automatically search a vast network of link-friendly Web sites to initiate link partnerships.

Result: 5 minutes/week = Over 1000 links.

To put this in perspective, if you have a small business and know about BNI (Business Networking International), the largest business networking group in the world, BNI has 47,000 links to their Web site and they've been in operation for over 7 years. Given my 5 minutes each week over 4 months, I already have over 1/47th of the linking power of BNI! Seven years from now...?

Beyond that, new subscribers have been showing up, viewing my Web site, subscribing to my e-series, purchasing The Client Generator System. All this happened given just 5 minutes linking work each week over about 4 months while I was mainly writing The Client Generator System.

Here is the link service that I used. By the way, my Linking Strategy goes way beyond linking the other Web sites. It gives you a strategy to turn those link partnerships into Internet business networking partnerships. It turns the Internet into your own business networking group. You won't find that strategy in my linking service (above link). You'll just find the quick-linking tool. However, you will find the complete linking strategy in The Client Generator System for small businesses. And that's only 1/10th of the Internet marketing, client-generating strategies you will find in The Client Generator System. Order it now. Spend less time searching for clients, and more time serving them!

Try email marketing. It's fast, easy and inexpensive so you can communicate with your market audience on a regular basis and stay "top of mind" to them. I use iContact. It has all the features you need:

  • Contact management, ability to create and format emails, blogs and RSS feeds, autoresponders for series, a sign-up form for your Web site, excellent training in how to use the tool and more.

Please take a look at this powerful tool. It is central to a successful email marketing program. Don't try to patch your email marketing together with Outlook or some other less powerful program. It simply won't work.
