How to Receive the BNI Founder’s Award Jennifer Tolley Assistant Director, BNI

Kruse Way is the only chapter in BNI Oregon/SW WA to receive this award in 2007. BNI founder Ivan Misner individually approves each entry submitted. The criteria evaluated to be nominated and approved for this prestigious award are:

1. High average number of referrals per month.
2. Number of members.
3. Following the rules and guidelines of BNI.
4. Consistent Leadership Team meetings and reports submitted.
5. Consistent Growth and Positive Momentum.
6. Positive Givers Gain attitude within the whole chapter!

Founded by Realtor Michael Lavios, the Kruse Way Chapter was chartered with 13 members on June 21, 2004 in a parking lot—we were locked out of our meeting place that day! Today’s meeting attendance was 45 and chapter membership is 35. We are known for dynamic energy, welcoming nature and high referrals.
